Home purchasers continue to place a high priority on flexibility, space, and comfort


Multigenerational families in the Klang Valley continue to be drawn to homes that offer flexibility, space, and comfort.


Sime Darby Property Berhad recently launched three phases of the flexi-linked Elmina Green Six houses in the City of Elmina, Shah Alam, and saw a cumulative take-up rate of 96 per cent for those phases.


The strong combined take-up rate for Elmina Green Six, according to its chief marketing and sales officer Datuk Lai Shu Wei, is evidence of the customers' and new buyers' unwavering faith in the Sime Darby Property brand.


According to Lai, Sime Darby Property places a high priority on meeting the changing needs of homebuyers.

"We take pride in our role to design high-quality products and provide homebuyers with more flexibility to utilise the space in their homes according to their lifestyle," he said.

Looking ahead, Lai said that Sime Darby Property would have a more exciting rest of the year as it prepares to preview the final stage of Elmina Green Six tomorrow (Oct 29), along with several significant catalysts in the Elmina City Centre, such as the city's first neighbourhood mall and an upcoming education hub.


The following stage, which is close to the neighborhood's central park, consists of 68 double-storey connected homes with built-ups ranging from 2,279 square feet to 2,675 square feet and a gross development value (GDV) of RM68 million. Each of the linked homes has four bedrooms plus an additional room, and five bathrooms, and is priced from RM994,888.


The Elmina Green Six homes have a distinctive modern vernacular design with pitched roofs, rustic brick veneer cladding, and contrasting exterior components. Each unit has industry-leading features including laminated wood flooring, high-end bathroom fixtures, stone wool roof insulation, and City of Elmina's renowned FittingsPlus+, which includes metal security grilles, built-in air conditioning piping, a water booster pump, and other features.


Within the Elmina Green Six neighbourhood, residents can take advantage of 18 amenities spread among three tranquil parks.
