In 2006, Chester Properties with principals Ms. Betty Kanapathy and Mr. David Cheong and is currently managed by Dato Howard Chew and Sean Yong after. A young and dynamic company, Chester Properties has within a short time grown from a single-office entity in Kota Damansara to include branch offices in Desa Sri Hartamas, Bangsar, and all the way in Gangnam-gu, Seoul, South Korea.
The expansion to Korea is a major step forward as well as a great reputation boost for Chester Properties Malaysia in our aspiration to become a regional player and to ultimately achieve global recognition.
To further enhance the skills set and productivity of our team of professional real estate negotiators, Chester Properties established a dedicated training facility, the Chester Training Centre in Sunwaymas, Kota Damansara. 1. Corporate Business Division
We provide fast and quality service to our corporate clients whether they are looking for office space, factory, commercial units or even lodging for their staff. Existing corporate customers include corporations in the Oil & Gas, Telecommunication, Plantation, Technology and Services industries.
2. Investment Division
At Chester, we believe in building relationships whether it's with our staff, our customers, our corporate customers, or our partner developers. We believe in creating a win-win situation for all parties concerned as we nurture lasting relationships. Chester Investor Club (CIC) was set up with this in mind as we gather the bulk purchasing power of interested investors and negotiate for more benefits from developers who enjoy a higher sales turnover in return.
3. Secondary Market Division
As a full-fledged real estate agency, we have experienced and well-trained negotiators who personally carry out inspection of properties before matching them with our clientspublic_html/mydream/application/upload/ requirements. This include high and medium end commercial properties, residential properties, buildings & lands. For the secondary market division, we have over 40 qualified negotiators to cover the whole of Klang Valley.

We also have specialized team members catering to specialized areas within the Klang Valley for residential and commercial properties to provide excellent after-sales service even after deals are closed, as buyers and tenants may need further assistance with their properties.
4. Overseas Project Development
A case in point is our central London project - the Kennington Park Square.

During a two-day exhibition held in December 2008 at the Shangri-la Kuala Lumpur, we managed to sell 15 units to mostly Malaysian VVIPs. Follow-ups with prospective clients after the exhibition contributed another 5 units a week later.
As with any of our overseas project sales, our marketing strategies encompass print and online advertisements a week before the exhibition. At the same time, invitations are extended to our VVIP customers and we make it a point to meet up with VVIPs who are unable to attend our exhibition to keep them informed of the project at hand. We also work with other professional agencies, extending our offer to their private customers.
In other words, we make sure that every project that we manage leads to one eventuality - success. We expect nothing less, and neither should our project customers.
5. Chester Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)
The Chester Foundation was established on 1 April 2010 as part of Chester's Social Responsibility initiatives. Chester Properties will allocate 1% of its total sales (commissions) to the Chester Foundation which will come under the control of a committee. All accounting procedures will be transparent and all donation and sponsorship decisions must be approved by this committee.
Objectives of the foundation :-
  a) The foundation will comply to Chester's Corporate Social Responsibility Policy.
  b) To extend help to the disabled, elderly and orphaned to create a healthier,
