Company Background

• Chester Properties was founded by Mr Howard Chew and Mr Sean Yong in 2006.
• Our Head Office located at Kota Damansara,our principal Mr David Cheong and Ms Betty Kanapathy.
• Our branch office at Desa Sri Hartamas is managed by Mr. David Lye, Mr. Kam Jun Yin and Ms. Shirley Liang.
• The expansion of Chester Training Centre that is basing in Sunwaymas, is managed by Mr. Gary Fong, Ms. Tracy Leong, Mr. Philip Long and Mr. Sean Lee respectively.
• On April 2010, our Chester Bangsar Branch started operation, manage by Mr David Cheong, Ms Vynice Lee.
• Throughout the year Chester has expanded its operations to Gangnam-gu, Seoul Korea in 2008. Our Chester associates, Mr. Eric Lee and Mr.Jung are in-charging of the Chester Korea operation. This expansion is a great reputation and a long term growth for Chester Malaysia in achieving global recognition gradually and progressively.

Chester Properties currently comprising of seven divisions ie:

1. Chester Development
   Chester Development Sdn Bhd established on 2009, our first boutique bungalow born at "Setia Eco Park". 3 storey bungalow with land area - 8300 sf, build up - 6000 sf, completed with CF by March 2010. Selling price is RM 3 million. Our Upcoming Development, 8 units semi-D Factory at Subang New Village.
2. Project Development
   We work closely with developer, we will market for their new launch project, we set up our expertise team & propose their product to our "Chester Database". Our existing developers such as; Suncity, Mah Sing, Glomac, Sunrise, Country Height, etc.
3. Corporate Business
   We service our corporate clients to look for office space, factory, commercial & residential for their staff. Our existing customers such as; Oil & Gris Company, IT (MSC Status), etc.
4. Investment
   Chester Investor Club (CIC), the concept of this (CIC) is, we gather all the investors & as bulk purcahser and negotiate more benefits from developers. This will create win win situation, purchaser get better benefits, developer get higher sale volumn.

7. Chester Social Responsibility (CSR) - Chester Foundation
   Chester Foundation founded on 1st April 2010. Chester Properties will allocate 1% of the total sale (commission) to Chester Foundation. This Foundation will control by few commitees, all the account will be transparent and all donation must be approve by commitee.

• Sponsor SPCA - Social for prevention of the cruelty of animals.
