Howard Chew (Founder/Group CEO)

If one would read Howard Chew's biography, he would find a case study of success and failures in Howard’s life of both.

Howard graduated with flying colours in Business Management (Australia Program). From a humble beginning, he has no experience in real estate industry. However, Howard's self-believe and determination led him to do his level best in striving and surviving in the new industry for him at that time.

It took 3 years for Howard to skilled himself with the knowledge in the property industry which he also achieved high sales income during the period.

He did not rest on the laurel, and founded Chester Properties in 2006 and headed Seven divisions in Chester; Developement, Project, Corporate, Sub Sale, Investment, Oversea and Chester Foundation.

With his vast experience and leadership, The Company has grown from a few to the present of 60 negotiators with additional 3 branches and 1 training centre in Malaysia and 1 in Korea.

Chester Properties is focusing its presence in Klang Valley currently and its aim to become a reputable and respectable property developer and agency in Malaysia.

Howard believes that to be a successful negotiator, aggressiveness, hard work and self discipline is the only path. He also believes that focus and aggressive is the progressive way to bring Chester Properties to the highest success achievement.

Currently, Howard is acquire land bank for Chester Development, we buy land for build and sell , we mainly focus in local market such as boutique bungalow , factory, shop office. Howard also focus overseas market especially Korea's investors and asset company. Besides Korea, he is also concentrating to market in Dubai, United Kingdom, USA , Hong Kong, & Singapore.

Sean Yong (Co-Founder/ Group CFO)

Sean Yong is an affiliate member of Malaysian Institute of Estate Agents (MIEA).

He has been involved in auction properties for years and been assisting his clientele database in dealing and transacting with hundreds of auction properties since then.

He has vast experiences and enviable records in agency management, consultancy and sale of investment properties. Currently he is handling and focusing mainly on domestic properties project as well as the management and operation of Chester Properties.

Sean Yong is very self-determine and his evergreen motto is "team work" Together Everyone Achieves More and Growth Together As Family.

Philip Long (Partner - Sunway Mas)

A Computer Science graduate that had served in corporate sector as a top executive for many years, Philip was being introduced into real estate industry by his uncle who is a prominent developer in the market.

Over a short period of time, he realized and foreseen the growth and the potential of real estate industry, decided to leave from corporate sector as a company director to pursue it as the new career path from then onwards.

Having joint the Chester Properties bandwagon in 2006, Philip was quickly settled down with the new challenges and learned the business.

For the past 3 years, he has been action-orientated, committed, passionate, energetic, confident and eloquent in real estate presentation and had established himself as one of the top performers of Chester Properties.

Philip is currently specializing and focusing in marketing properties including new development projects, commercial buildings, development lands, warehouses, landed houses and condominiums in Petaling Jaya and Kuala Lumpur areas.

A reservoir of Philip's clientele are mainly consists of expatriates and corporate companies segment. Therefore he has branded and formulated himself in the MNC (Multinational Companies) and Expatriate Portfolio where he offers his professional services as the Project Director in assisting those who are inquiring or in need for a property investment.

A keen sportsman himself, always find time to hit down the gymnasium for a good sweat out and playing futsal (indoor soccer) is his passion. He also had been selected as a former national trainee goalkeeper for Malaysia Futsal Team back in 2003.

Tracy Leong (Partner - Sunway Mas)

Tracy obtained her highest education in Diploma of secretarial course from Stamford College in 1989.

Upon graduation, she served as a secretary and administrative executive in a local corporate organization for 16 years since 1991.

During her tenure, she was responsible for corporate assets and properties in all legal transaction procedures including the sale and purchase agreement and rental tenancy agreement.

She joined the real estate industry in 2001 as part timer before pursuing as full time real estate negotiator in 2007. Currently, she is holding the capacity as senior negotiator cum partner in Chester Properties of Sunwaymas Training Centre.

Tracy is highly customer orientated and a resourceful real estate negotiator. Furthermore, she has great in depth experiences in both secondary and new housing markets in Kuala Lumpur. In addition, she has wide experiences in the Malaysia My Second Home (MM2H) programme in assisting her foreign clientele base.

She had always extended her level best professional services to her clientele, advising and guiding them the best options in acquiring a property investment by achieving maximum yield for investment as well as a cosy place for client's own staying.

Since 2007, she had concluded numerous cases in sales and rental for houses, condominiums and apartments.

Tracy is currently focusing in high end condominiums in the KLCC area including Sentul East West in Kuala Lumpur, the project is a prestigious development by YTL group in the recent years. Furthermore, she is also concentrating in marketing her property databases in Subang Jaya and Bandar Sunway areas.

Gary Fong (Partner - Sunway Mas)

Gary obtained his highest education of  "O" Levels in 1981.

He has extensive sales experience in the market for the past 15 years before joining the real estate industry. He has 12 experience years in the real estate Industry since 1998.

Currently he is the Group Manager of Chester Properties Group of Companies. Besides focusing on personal sales canvassing, he is a highly qualified trainer in providing training programmes to new negotiators in the organisation.

Gary had since successfully natured, trained and guided a reservoir of junior negotiators become senior negotiators in his group.

He is focusing in all types of properties including commercial properties of shop lots, factories, buildings, lands and plantations.

Besides, he is also concentrating in houses, condominiums and apartments in Kuala Lumpur and Klang Valley areas. Furthermore, he is also acting as a property manager in renting out and maintaining his clientele property.

His highest transaction record was successfully sold a piece of land in KLCC area at RM14 million value
